Refund Policy

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. Once an item has been produced, the sale is considered final. However, if the item is damaged, we will be happy to send you a replacement. Alternatively, we can offer you an Artisan Metal Decor E-gift card for the value of the item, if you prefer not to receive a replacement.

Broken Or Damaged Item Policy

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please let us know and we will be happy to send you a replacement. Additionally, if you do not wish to receive a replacement and the item is eligible for a refund, we can offer you an Artisan Metal Decor E-gift card for the value of the item.

Please send a picture to support@artisanmetaldecor.com with the order number so that we can replace the item at our cost.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations beyond 15 minutes as all items are made to order promptly. We allocate time and resources to processing orders as soon as they are received. In some cases, we may accept cancellations for non-custom signs with a restocking fee of 15%, but this decision is solely at the discretion of Artisan Metal Decor.

Return Policy

Understandably, because all of our products are personalized and can not be re-used, we do not accept returns. What we can do is send you a new, personalized product, or offer an Artisan Metal Decor E-gift card for the value of the item. 

Customer Error Policy

Items can not be returned due to customer error, so please be sure to make sure all customizations are 100% correct before submitting your order. 

Holiday Season Policy

During our busy holiday season we try our best to let you know your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order. 

Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect Artisan Metal Decor or any of our carriers.
